Spa business development company The Spa Collaborative (TSC) has launched a service called The Spa Strategy Success Mapper.
The programme examines marketing, finance and guest experience goals to deliver a vision-oriented, objective-led roadmap.
“The programme has been developed for hotel spas that need to come out of lockdowns focussing on commercial and financial recovery,” explains Lauren Moloney, TSC CEO and founder.
The programme includes data analysis, comprehensive operational and business review, budget review, development of annual business objectives and success measurements and metrics. Costing £8,250 + VAT (€9,768, US$11,371), the two-week course split into three categories; 1. Discovery and review • Welcome webinar – a session to understand and review business objectives. • Deep dive + discover packet – a set of worksheets for completion. • Discovery review – analysis of completed worksheets to understand what’s under the skin of the business. • Opportunity audit – 1.5 days on-site, including a mystery guest shop, full operational audit and review and meeting with leadership. 2. Onsite collaboration session • One-day dynamic workshop and discussion with key stakeholders and team members to unpack and contextualise recommendations. 3. Deliverables • Budget insights and recommendations – tactics for optimising financial targets for the coming year. • Executive business objective roadmap – defining financial, innovation, marketing and guest service targets. • Sales strategy + activity planner – shaped around bespoke business objectives, a high-level plan of suggested tactics. • KPI measurement toolkit – a set of guides for measuring financial, operational, and marketing measurements to implement and track against set goals. • Action and insights report – a summary of TSCs recommended next steps. • Implementation period and fine-tune follow up – a check on progress, three weeks after the Spa Strategy Success Mapper has been delivered.
TSC offers a free Executive Business Objective Roadmap with five steps to lay out 2022 core business objectives and tactics to achieve them.
