| Premier Global NASM teams up with Your PT to create new career pathway for learners

Training provider, Premier Global NASM, has collaborated with PT management company, YOUR Personal Training (YPT), to deliver a streamlined career pathway from qualification to application as a Personal Trainer.
Strategically, the partnership aims to continue to professionalise the role of the personal trainer and to develop career sustainability and advancement. Aspiring fitness professionals will be able to access training and certification through Premier Global NASM, including the Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training, and follow this with YOUR Personal Training’s career, business and marketing CPD programmes, enabling newly qualified personal trainers to onboard with a YPT role immediately.
James Lorey, Operations Director, YOUR Personal Training, says: “This partnership is the coming together of two PT industry greats, and we’re excited about the opportunities available for newly qualified PTs powered by Premier Global NASM.
“The partnership will give potential PT’s, thinking of completing Premier Global NASM’s training, the confidence that their qualification investment will be worth it, as there will be a guaranteed role, a community, career support, and the best PT’s salaries in the industry available to them on completion.
“Following their qualification, YPT’s onboarding programmes will be offered upfront and at no cost to the PT, allowing us to onboard PTs straight into clubs, but more importantly, offering career support that will ensure the PTs feel valued and stay at their club. We know this investment in our PTs works, as we have the highest duration of stay in a club at 28.5 months compared to an industry average of just six months, with our PTs also earning 38% more than similar industry roles.
